Christmas Photographs for the Fearful Dog…
Oh, you better not whine, you better not howl… Santa Claus is NOT coming to town… Do you want a cute holiday themed picture, but your dog is afraid of strangers? And, terrified by a stranger dressed in a red suit and white beard? Good news! Dogspaw will be hosting photographs with Nose to Nose Photography on December 4th and 5th, so you can get professional pictures done just in time for Christmas. Sessions are 20 minutes, and $30. You receive a USB with 5 edited photos and a 4 x 6 print with the background of your choice. Call our reception desk to make your appointment, spaces are filling fast!
Canine Blood Donor Clinic coming up: December 21 at Dogspaw. Your dog can be a hero this holiday season by donating and help as many as 4 or 5 dogs in need of blood with a donation, just like humans do. Some conditions do apply, regarding size, weight and age, call our reception desk for more details.

Unique Puppy Socialization Classes! Did you know socialization goes far beyond just meeting a couple of dogs down the street? Our drop in class runs Wednesdays and Thursdays 6:30 pm. If you have a new pup, plan to join the fun and take advantage of this excellent opportunity to socialize your puppy in a safe and controlled environment.
Growl Class: Do you have a dog that struggles with the world around him, responding to other dogs and/or humans with growls, snaps and lunges? Growl Class might be just the help you are looking for. This individualized class is slated to begin Tuesday, January 12 at 6:30 pm. A consultation is required prior to admittance to this class. Loose Leash Walking: Are your walks more of a chore than a joyful time with your dog? Stop that leash pulling habit now with Dogspaw’s Loose Leash Walking Class. Next classes to be held Saturday, Nov. 21 and Dec. 5 at 11:00 am. Please call ahead by Friday evening or Saturday at 9:30 am to reserve your spot. Be sure to leave a call back number, as this class may be canceled due to lack of enrollment and inclement weather.
