Join the Dogspaw Seminar Team as we host “BAT for Dog Aggression, Fear and Reactivity” with Grisha Stewart, M.A., CPDT-KA, KPACTP in Sherwood Park, Alberta – conveniently located just minutes east of Edmonton. This one-day seminar on May 4, 2019 will explain the BAT 2.0 method including its history, the science that makes it work and the improvements from 1.0. Learn why and when to do BAT, different ways to expose triggers, and its use in working with dogs experiencing fear and aggression. Find out how BAT can be used to prevent issues during puppy socialization, with adolescent, rescue and reactive dogs.
Because we know you will be left not only loving Grisha Stewart but wanting to know more, we are also offering an amazing seminar titled “Empowered Puppy Raising: BAT and Other Tools for Puppies” the next day, May 5, 2019. In this seminar Grisha will share her thoughts on what to zero in on while working with puppies, and what to save for later. By focusing on the right set of skills we can have a profound impact on our students’ lives. We will explore the lessons and skills that should be in every puppy class.
