Dogspaw Presents Sue Sternberg!
Who? Sue Sternberg has been developing and refining assessment techniques for decades to help shelter workers and trainers determine the likelihood that a dog will engage in aggressive behaviors. More information on Sue Sternberg’s qualifications can be found here.
What topics does this seminar cover? Assessing Aggression Thresholds in Dogs includes Sue’s newest protocols based on the theory that sociability is the key predictor of a dog’s potential for aggression. The seminar includes looking at sociability and aggression, stranger-directed aggression, resource guarding aggression thresholds, common behavioral symptoms of resource guarding, aggression thresholds towards children, and attributes of a successful dog owner when the dog has low thresholds.

Trainers holding their CPDT-KA or KSA designation will be granted 16 CEUs. Those holding their CBCC designation will be granted 8 CEUs. Members of IAABC will receive 16 CEUs. Please include your number when registering.
Sue Sternberg will be bringing a selection of products, including her latest book “Assessing Aggression Thresholds in Dogs.” She will accept payment in US currency and credit cards, using “Square.”
