Puppy Socialization
If you have a puppy, you NEED to come to this! Thousands of dogs are put down each year because they were not given the right start to life - SOCIALIZATION! (Very few are ever put down merely because they do not know how to sit or down). At Dogspaw, our Professional Trainers have designed this important drop-in class to help get your puppy on the right path. Each class centers on providing interesting and creative social situations during their prime imprint age (up to 5 months). The socializing window for puppies peaks before the age of 16-20 weeks of age. Prior to 20 weeks of age, you want to expose your puppy in a safe way, to as many positive training experiences as you can. The experiences are concentrated here and our professional staff will help you deal with any problems that arise.
