Loose Leash Walking
When you walk your dog down the street, who is walking who? If that is a bit hard to distinguish, or if your shoulder is being pulled out of its socket then this is the class for you! This class is held every Thursday at 6:15pm and is weather permitting so be sure to call first to confirm it is on. Our Instructors will take you out on the streets where you will encounter real-life situations (cats, dogs, people, traffic…) and help you teach your dog to walk politely with you. Dogs that pull on leash can be harmful to everyone including themselves (collapsed trachea, pulling into traffic, slipping the collar) – we want to help you keep your dog (and yourself) safe!
